Hi, to attach the trailer to the back of Arisetan, an additional attached hitch is required. While the trailer accessory sold by Addmotor is compatible with the Soletri M-366 and Herotri M-365, other trikes will require a separate hitch.
The rating is up to 85 miles which is based upon using PAS 1 and you pedaling. I just rode 70 miles on PAS 3 with pedaling. The faster you go and the wind and terrain will affect your results.
Hi, we highly recommend you to have a look at our CITYTRI E-310 electric trike, which totally fits your height. Hope this helps. https://www.addmotor.com/products/citytri
Hi, the top speed of the Arisetan II M-360 2024 is 20 mph. The estimated range is up to 85 miles at PAS1 mode. We have modified the issue and thank you for your mention. Hope this helps.
I added a 1000w mid-drive motor and a rear differential from Utah trikes to my M-360. It now has all wheel drive and I can traverse any terrain without wheel spin or getting stuck. I suggest you find a very good bike mechanic who has experience working

I installed a Bafang 1000 watt mid drive motor in my m-360. When you are climbing steep grades or riding on loose material like gravel or sand the front drive wheel will start slipping. Then you have to start peddling to assist the motor. Now I can cli
Sorry for that, this M-360 etrike only has the front fender, and if you wanna the full -fenders, please check our Grandtan Etrike series:M-340, Grandtan Plus and Grandtan City, both have the full-fenders
The trike does have pedals where you could rest your foot. Other than that, I am not aware of any footrests that could be added. BTW, you can check our Grandtan Etrike series, which is equipped with footrest board: https://www.addmotor.com/products/grandt
hey, sorry for bringing you such an unpleasant experience, Since the product is being upgraded, there may still be differences between batches of tires, so if you still have questions about this, please contact our after-sales team:sales@addmotor.com
When riding this etrike in the sand you will want to let some of the air out of the tires. Ideally, you want to be at around 10 PSI for the best ride in sand.
You should be able to look up "electric trike racks" online and it will pull up some options. You just want to make sure the weight and dimensions match those of this trike.

Hello, the rear wheels do move together but you shouldn't have to slide around or tilt on 2 wheels in order to turn. While you should always slow down before making a turn, this electric trike turns with ease and should keep you stable on the ground.
When riding in loose sand you may need to let some of the air out of your tires for a smoother ride.
Once you get back, you will want to wash the etrike frame like this: Use a bucket of warm soapy water and a brush to gently scrub off dirt and grime. Wor

The electric bike is waterproof, but we still suggest not to take the bike into water which exceeds the lowest line where the controller is. After a ride in the rain you should dry up all electronic parts as well as possible to guarantee a long product li

I asked sales for a copy and they sent a PDF file within 10 minutes. It is for the M-360 exclusively. About 40 pages long and in color. It came in handy to get my arms around the electronics before my M-360 arrived. I'd attach a copy for you if the site w
What do you mean the battery is no good?
My charger won't charge my battery. I'm disabled and the M360 is my only transportation.
What can I do about it? I've only charged it a few times since I put it together.
Your right there is NO customer service at this company... They shipped my bike without the 4 bolts to put the seat on. They don't return phone calls or messages sent to them online...
You can set the controller to give you a higher max speed. 25 mph (40 kph) is the highest. Be careful riding that fast since this is a trike and turns very differently than a bike.
Hi! Unfortunately, This M-360 trike is only strong enough to carry a rider whose height range of 5'6"-6'6" and payload capacity is 450lbs. Perhaps you can check about these 2 e-trikes that are strong enough to carry a rider whose height range of 5'2"-6'4"
