Hi! As our customer service team replied to you, the M-5600 ebike is equipped with a mid-drive motor​ which means there are no motor number for the M-5600. Only bike serial number and battery number can find out.

How come I am considering your bike a month ago and the price was $3099 and I got your black friday email and its the same price it was a month ago. You just raise it 500 and then discount it 500 for black friday???
