Hi! As our customer service team replied to you, the M-5600 ebike is equipped with a mid-drive motor which means there are no motor number for the M-5600. Only bike serial number and battery number can find out.

Bike serial number: Engraved on the headtube/bottom bracket(around the left crank)
Motor number: Engraved on the motor
Battery number: Engraved on the battery
