This is the third etrike I've owned. The others were nice, but this is great. I'm 82 years old with balance issues. This trike, as semi recumbent, lowers the center of balance by around 10 inches making it very stable in turns and on slopes. I ride around 20 miles every day and feel safe doing it. While it doesn't have hydraulic brakes the mechanical brakes are adequate. By the way, I've added a third party rear facing radar to augment the mirrors.

Dear Robert, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are truly delighted to hear that your new e-trike has exceeded your expectations, especially given your experience with previous models. It’s fantastic to know that the semi-recumbent design has provided you with the stability and confidence you need for your daily rides. Thank you again for choosing our e-trike and for sharing your positive experience. We wish you many more enjoyable and safe rides! Best regards, Addmotor
I have the original from 4 years ago. I am pleased that Addmotor has updated the new M-360 to address all the issues I didn’t like in the Original. The motor is now in the rear. They fixed the bike seat back, and the battery off and on is now a breeze. The delivery by truck was impressive. The driver apologized for a cut on the box as he took it off the truck—no damage to the bike at all. I lost my Veloofix bike guy, who retired, so I had to put it together myself. Great videos with step-by-step instructions. I had it up and running in no time. The first ride was longer than I planned. I just didn’t want to stop!

I am a 79-year-old rider with rather severe equilibrium problems. After a couple of bad falls on my two-wheeler e-bike, I switched to a trike. The Addmotor trike is replacing a Lectric XP trike that I have ridden for the past two years. I rode this first trike over 900 miles with my mini-Australian shepherd on the back but wanted to upgrade to a semi-recumbent trike with gearing. The Addmotor is a definite upgrade for me, and I figured out a way to attach my doggie carrier (CrateMate) to the rear basket.
I received the new trike at the end of January when there was still snow on the ground here in Spokane, WA. I assembled it in our garage and was able to get out and start riding with my dog Annie by early March. The odometer just turned 70 miles. I bought a flat-bed trailer for hauling the trike and two e-bikes to any of the great paved bike trails in our area. The trike rides in the middle of the trailer with the front wheel in a motorcycle chock, and the two-wheelers ride on each side in bicycle roof racks screwed to the wood deck.
No mechanical or electrical problems with the trike, and customer service has been outstanding for answering my questions. I plan to use Velofix mobile bike service for maintenance. I love this trike and highly recommend this trike, especially for older riders with balance problems like I have.
I do think the owner’s manual could be a little more detailed and better organized.

Hi David, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful and detailed review. We’re truly honored that you chose an Addmotor trike as your upgrade, especially after such a meaningful journey with your previous trike. It’s inspiring to hear how you and your dog Annie are back out on the trails together, and we’re delighted that the semi-recumbent design and gearing of your new trike are making a positive difference. Your innovative solution for attaching the CrateMate to the rear basket—and your trailer setup for exploring new bike paths—are both impressive! Wishing you and Annie many more safe, joyful miles ahead! Warm regards, Addmotor
The 360 has been flawless in over 1200 miles. I get more compliments about the trike, get stopped quite often with questions about where to buy, how much and how they like the look of the trike. Only maintenance I've done is lube the chain once and put Flat Out in the tires. I think I checked the tire pressure twice. Basically I just charge the battery and ride, all my rides are residential, no close bike trails as San Bernardino is not bike friendly. This is the main reason to get an adult trike due to visibility issues, I rode recumbent trike for quite a few miles but visibility was always a problem. Not any more as I'm a lot more visibly on the 360 and vehicles do notice me and I must say most are very good at giving me the right of way, maybe it's the candy apple red color of the trike. I highly recommend the Arisetan II M 360. By the way I'm 79 years old with health issues and the 360 with pedal assist on 3 and with the option of the throttle is perfect for me.
