I really like mine it is good fun. I go through a lot of soft sand and this bike handles it well.  I like the separate throttle and the headlight and taillight.  But what really sold me was the cyan color. Most ebikes are black or dark colored. The one negative is it is very heavy. I can't lift it to store it in my car. My husband has to do it. Unless you are quite strong this is a 2 person job to carry the bike. That's why I took off the star since I hoped I could put in my jeep and drive out to the places I like to ride without help.

Love this bike! Color is beautiful! Easy to put together and the YouTube video was very helpful!! Just what I was looking for after doing tons of research this was a perfect match!

Best bike I ever had along with the M-150. My son and I use them all year to get around. Beats dangerous scooters because of potholes and you can choose pedestrian walkway or street to beat rush hour traffic depending where you live.
COMPLAINT: so why not 5 stars?
THE BATTERY:
1) The track insert system for the battery is very flimsy. I found I have to hold it against the guide track as I’m sliding it down into position or it does not sit properly on the contacts so the key cannot turn completely to the on position.
2) The key/lock should be on top. While I was charging the battery I left the key in. The battery fell over on the key and destroyed the lock. ADDMOTOR SUPPORT did not offer any Repair assistance costing me $500 for a new battery instead of what should be $30 or $40 to replace the lock and key.
Very unhelpful service though they were polite.
My advice to ADDMOTOR, add to instructions
"Remove the key when you charge the battery!!!"
3) if you are used to regular bicycle maintenance this bike is very durable. But considering difficulty I had breaking and trying to fix a small part of the battery, they lost their Otherwise 5 star performance, I’m very worrisome with their back up service if I needed any repairs it might be very difficult. For the price, this should be a consideration.

I bought two of these bikes after I was visiting a my local bike shop. I was there to buy a mirror for my regular petal bike and asked the kid there if I could test drive this bike. After riding on it for 10:00 minutes, I had to have one! So I bought two, one for me, and one from my wife. This bike is amazing! The product has opened a whole new world for us! I use to ride my old standard bike maybe once per year? Now I ride my Addmotor bike most everyday, really no lie! It is the most fun you can have ever! We call these bikes the smile makers, because they are so fun to get around on. I weigh 287 pounds and I was afraid that this bike would not hold my weight and operate correctly. I was gladly mistaken because my bike is just as fast and as road worthy as my wife's who weighs in at 120 pounds. We ride them for miles and miles on a single charge, and the motor and battery seem to be very good and dependable. I love it because I can just pedal it with no power, or put the motor on 1 or 2 power and when petaling it gives me some motor power, or at times I just ride it like a scooter when I am tired. I use the 4 or 5 setting when climbing a big hill and it takes my fat body right up it! I also love it because any of those power levels can be triggered by the gas knob on the handle bars or the petals when petaling. I have lost weight owning this bike and I feel I am getting ion shape little by little. We added a basket on the back to take our poodles with us on excretions and they love it. This bike also folds up to take in a trunk of a car. I love the customer service from this company. My first bike had some issues, I took it back to the bike shop and they said the company was replacing the whole bike with a new one! I have not had a problem since. The only problem I had was flat tires at first. I live in the desert and we have goat head thorns that are extremely sharp. I purchased some Mr. Tuffy Fat tire protectors and put (two) bottle's (yes two) of Green slime in each tire and have I have been flat free ever since. I love this bike, well made, dependable, great customer service and I know if you get one it will make you happy and put a smile on your face!
