Terms of Gift Card
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The below terms are applicable to your Addmotor Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”).
1. Purchase and Use of a Gift Card.
Gift Cards can only be purchased online at addmotor.com. Gift Cards may be redeemed on our website only. No taxes are charged on the purchase of Gift Cards. Applicable taxes are charged at the time Gift Cards are redeemed. Please note that Gift Cards purchased from our U.S. website (addmotor.com) can only be redeemed within the U.S. . Gift cards cannot be purchased with other products at the same time. Purchase of Addmotor Gift cards cannot be refunded.
2. Redeem a Gift Card.
Gift Cards are redeemable towards the purchase of eligible goods and services online at addmotor.com. When you issue a refund, the amount you spend via the gift card will be refund to your gift card, while the other part of the amount will be refunded to your credit card. You can not issue a refund for the original gift card that have been redeemed to place an order, but have to cancel the order you use the original gift card first.
3. No Expiration or Fees.
Gift Cards will be expired after 180 days after the day you purchase the gift cards. There are no inactivity fees or other fees associated with Gift Cards.
4. Delivery for Gift Cards purchased online.
Gift Cards purchased online via addmotor.com are delivered in digital form and will be emailed directly to the purchaser or the person that the purchaser designates as the recipient. Digital Gift Cards are emailed directly to the purchaser, or the person that the purchaser designates as the recipient and usually arrive within hours after ordering. Please note that Adddmotor is not responsible for incorrect digital Gift Card delivery due to the entry of an incorrect email address.
5. Risk of Loss, Non-Refundable, Not For Resale.
Addmotor is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced. All Gift Card sales are final and nonrefundable. Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another gift card for value, or redeemed for cash, check or credit (except as required by law). Please treat Gift Cards like cash and be sure to secure your Gift Cards accordingly. Addmotor reserves the right to refuse to honor a Gift Card if Addmotor reasonably suspects that the Gift Card was obtained fraudulently or illegally. When you issue a refund, the amount you spend via the gift card will be refunded to your gift card, while the other part of the amount will be refunded to your credit card. You can not issue a refund for the original gift card that have been redeemed to place an order, but have to cancel the order you use the original gift card first.
6. General.
By purchase, use, or acceptance of Gift Cards, you agree to comply with these Gift Card terms and conditions. Addmotor reserves the right to (1) modify or amend Gift Card terms and conditions at any time; (2) void Gift Cards without a refund, cancel or limit orders, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services if Addmotor suspects a Gift Card is obtained, used, applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of this Gift Card Terms and Conditions or Addmotor’s Terms of Purchase.
