Method 1
Step 1. Sign in
Sign into your account at the top right with your e-mail and password.

After you signed in, you will jump into the “Dashboard”. Click “Awaiting Review”

Step 3. Awaiting review
Then head over to the “My Orders” section and click “View More”
Step 4. Review
Scroll down the page to “Order Summary” and choose the product you want to review

Head over to the e-bike/accessories product page that you purchased.

Step 2: Write a review button
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. In the customer review section, find “write a review” and click it.
Step 3: Sign in
Sign into your account with your email and password.
Step 4: Review
Please write your review and attach any pictures/videos you may have of the product and submit when finished.
