What Is Your Return Policy And Do You Offer A Warranty?

♦All electric bicycles of Addmotor will not be refundable 14 days after receipt of the bicycles.
♦If the return has been approved, the customer is responsible for packing the bicycle properly and returning it to 4188 Arden Drive, El Monte, California, United States, 91731. Any damage caused by missing packaging during transportation will be refunded deduction. 

Return Requirements:
♦Less than 10 miles on the odometer.
No major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and debris will result in a refund deduction.
♦According to the condition of the bicycle, a purchase fee of 10-30% will be charged. Orders outside the continental U.S. may be charged up to a 50% purchase fee.
♦ A restocking fee of 3.5% will be charged for returned accessories including battery.
♦All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Cancel Order
♦Cancellation of the order before delivery will incur a 3.5% handling fee.
♦Cancellation of e-bike orders after delivery will result in a 13% replenishment fee. 
♦Refund will be available within 1-3 business days.

Each electric bicycle has a one-year warranty against the original owner for all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty parts will only be in.
Shipments within the continental U.S. and Hawaii.
Addmotor E-Bikes has a limited 1-year warranty, including:
♦Electrical components: motor, battery, controller, liquid crystal display.
♦Mechanical components: front forks, stems, handlebars, earphones, seat tubes, lights, bottom brackets, rims, hubs, transmissions, throttles, wiring harnesses.
