With the current demand for our e-bike products are increasing crazy, most of the e-bike models are pre-order available. Please keep an eye for the estimated shipping time on the item page detail description when placing an order. We definitely want to acknowledge your support and trust.

 

Return Policy


Return   

   · All Addmotor’s e-bike will be unreturnable after 14 days of receiving the bike.
   · If a return has been approved, the customer is in charge of properly packaging the bike, and returning to 4467 Rowland Ave. El Monte, California, United States, 91731. Any damages caused during the shipping due to the lack of packaging will be deducted from the refund. 
   · Return requirement:
      · Less than 10 miles on the odometer.
      · No major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in refund deduction.
      · Depending on the bike(s)' condition, a restocking fee of 10 - 30% will be charged. Orders outside the continental United States may charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.
      · A restocking fee of 13% will be charged for a returned battery.
      · All the return orders freight will be on customers' own.
