Customs,Duties,VAT & Taxes

As far as you know customs is a government agency, which is responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.

In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
At  Addmotor, we don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges to the price of your order. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. the subtotal of your items + the shipping cost.

Addmotor office is located in GZ with a factory in China mainland and we are happily serving customers all over the world. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported into your country and, in some cases, may be subject to customs or import duties on delivery. Recipients are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Addmotor has no control over the imposition of these customs or import duties and cannot predict what (if any) duties there will be.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

Duty, customs tariffs and Value Added Tax (VAT) are set by the destination country and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by destination countries. VAT rates are set by the destination country.Addmotor usually fills with a very low price on the value of package to help you to avoid the high duty, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes.
